Really enjoying this week, im feeling some improvements and am doing a good job on the diet.
Todays Exercise:
Reverse Grip Pulldown - 3/8 77kg
Arnold Press - 3/8 20kg
Cleans - 3/8 55kg
Fitball DB Chest Press - 3/8 20kg
DB Concentration curl - 3/8 12.5kg
DB Tricep kickback - 3/8 12.5kg
Todays Diet:
Breakfast - 3 slice WG bread, 1 tsp pure honey & Benecol
Lunch - baked potatoe, low fat cottage cheese, side salad.
Snack - 1 handful of mixed nuts & 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Dinner - lemon sole fillet (lightly dusted), green veg, 4 new potatoes.
Snack - 1 pint skimmed milk.
