Sorry about the lack of personal experience in the last few blogs, i simply could not remember how i was feeling i had written them down but i lost them! D'oh!
Todays has been solid, i have decided to cut my carbs abit but not totally as i believe they are vital to complement your training.
Todays exercise;
Football training - 90 minutes medium - high intensity
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices WG bread, 1 tsp benecol, 1 tsp pure honey
Lunch - 1 chicken breast, baked potatoe, mixed veg
Snack - 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Snack - 1 slice WG, 1 tbsp wholenut peanut butter
Training
Dinner - 2 slices WG, 1 tin baked beans, 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
