Physically tired this morning, i took my gym kit to work but felt i would not be able to do a good session so decided today would be a rest day.
The diet was pretty good;
Breakfast - 2 muffins (white), spread with Benecol light and 1 tsp pure honey
Snack - 4 rice cakes
Lunch - 2 wholemeal baps, salad, chicken breast slices
Snack - 3 slices fruit loaf
Dinner - 1 1/2 chicken breast, 1 slice of wholegrain bread, large portion of green veg
Late - 5 Rye Vita crisp breads
Pleased with my eating back to training tomorrow.
