Got up today at 6am and got straight out on the road for my morning run on an empty stomach. Felt good and decided to go a bit of a longer route, the run lasted 60 minutes and i ran about 6.8 miles, when i got home i was knackered but at the same time felt great.

The run took more out of me than expected but im sure i will be ok for my exercise tomorrow. The diet has been strong again, im glad ive got more fruit in it again.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 1 wholemeal bagel split and toasted spread with light philadelphia and 2 slices of trueky. 1 scoop of protein and 1 scoop of creatine
Lunch - 1 wholemeal pita bread, filled with 1/2 can tuna, 8 pitted olives, green salad. 1 peach
Snack - 1 scoop of protein & 1 apple
Snack - 400ml low fat natural yoghurt
Dinner - small can of beans, small baked potato and green salad
