Ok, im back and doing resuming my blog again. This is thanks to Milly, at least i have one supporter out there - so thank you milly!
Been the best session i have had in years today my fitness is getting better and my injuries are starting to ease off (touch wood). Im going to Newcastle in 2 weeks and im seeing friends i havent seen in a long time so i would like to lose 1 stone by this time in 2 weeks. I have been running in the mornings and will be doing this most days until i go. I am planning on doing a 5.3 mile run early tomorrow morning, i must say it is bloody hard to get up but once you start running theres not many feelings in the world better than this!
My diet has been strong the last few days and it needs to be if im to achieve my mini 2 week goal.
Heres todays diet;
Breakfast - one wholemeal bagel split and toasted spread with extra light philadelphia and 2 slices of turkey breast.
Lunch - 2 wholemeal tortillas, filled with 2 chicken breast, 1 tbsp salsa and green salad
Snack - 1 scoop of protein with 300ml skimmed milk. 1 nutri grain and 1 apple.
Late Snack - 1 scoop of protein made with water.
Im writting this early tonight as im watching the football around my friends house.
