I have become so busy with work lately that i simply have no time currently to update my blog. I have been exercising as usual, last week was a vintage few days. My motivation to do this blog has drained, when i first started doing it i had hoped that people would ask me questions and generally get involved - but that has not happened (i guess im just too boring)and i feel myself writting to nobody but myself and in that case this blog is wasting my time. Im going to have a little break from it and see how i feel.
