I woke with good intentions this morning, 4 hours later i was buying a new car! I didnt plan to buy the car it just happened and as a result it took away all my training time. The diet today has been ok, if anything i have not eaten enough. I dont think im drinking enough water leading to me being really tired, along with the hayfever its really compounding the problem.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 3 slices of wholegrain toast spread with honey and margarine.
Lunch - 2 wholegrain baps filled with 2 slices low fat cheese and 1 slice of ham
Dinner - 2 wholegrain baps filled with 2 slices low fat cheese and 1 slice of ham
Late Snack - 1 scoop of protein
Not a vintage day but not a disaster. Like i mentioned, i was up and out looking at cars all morning then have been working till 9pm, training time was not realistic for me today.
But well chuffed with the car so it was worth it!!!
