A very good day on the diet front but no exercise. I have been working from 6am this morning and the only time i had to go to the gym was 8pm - i was (am) just too tired tonight, been a long day!

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 shredded wheat 200ml skimmed milk and 2 tbsp dried fruit
Snack - 1 scoop of protein and mixed fruit portion
Lunch - Salmon & Dill sandwich (tesco healthy eating) and pack of rye vita minis
Snack - 1 cereal bar
Dinner - 1 steak, green salad, 1/4 tin chopped tomatoes
Snack - 1 scoop protein
