Day 255 was pants, i struggled with the day after the night before!
Day 256
A good day today my exercise session was cracking! I did weights first then 30 minutes on the treadmill without stopping. My groin felt ok and my fitness was not too bad (but could be better). Felt great after the session and my diet accompanied it very well.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 shredded wheat, 200ml skimmed milk and 2 tbsp dried fruit
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - chicken salsa wraps & pack of rye vita minis
Dinner - 1 chicken breast, 7 tbsp pasta, 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp olive
Snack - 1 chicken breast, 1/2 tub of low fat cottage cheese and green salad.
