The last few days have caught up with me, im not getting to bed early enough and its really screwing me up. The food in my cupboards is running low and im off out tonight to watch Darts!

I havent trained today and im not going to train on Tuesday. O wednesday i am planning on nailing a very strong 12 weeks, so i will be enjoying some down time in the next few days.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 scotch eggs
Snack - 1 pack of snack a jacks
Lunch - Chicken fajhita wraps
Dinner - 2 corned beef pasties
Late meal - burger and chips
At the darts - 4 pints of lager

Please do not follow this day, it was a bad one, but i have to be honest!
