Have been working long hours the last 2 days thus the late blog. Friday was ok and i managed to get in the gym to do my total body session which i am really enjoying. I am thinking i may be able to run next week, the groin is sore but if i take it light it should be ok.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 1 Nutri Grain & 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - Breakfast sandwich (tesco)
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
Dinner - *Cheat Meal* Bag of kettle chips whilst watching the legend that is Ricky HATTON!!!
Late Meal - 1 scoop of protein

The last two days have been ok, my mood is ok and i feel that my body is coming along, a bit slower than i envisaged but improving nonetheless. When i started this mission i didnt realise it would be as hard as it has been!
