Have had a lazy day today, i should have done cardio but talked myself out of it due to my sore groin, but lets be fair i was just lazy and chose the lay in instead! Though my exercise was lazy my diet has been good.
Todays Diet:
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal toast spread with light margarine and honey. 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - Roast beef sandwich (Tesco)
Snack - Chicken salad wrap (Tesco_
Dinner - 2 small chicken breasts and large green salad, 1 boiled egg and 4 cherry tomatoes
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
No carbs after 6 oclock, so my mission has been accomplished today, good job bar the lack of exercise.
