Feeling tired tonight, my hayfever has been particularly bad today. I have also eaten a bit more than usual, just been hungry today again this is probably linked to being tired. I did not train today but am planning to do cardio tomorrow.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with light margarine and honey. 1 scoop of protein
Snack - 1 nutri grain & 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - 2 wholemeal baps filled with pastrami
Snack - Chicken salad wraps and pack of oat cakes
Dinner - 4 small herb sausages and 4 slices of wholemeal bread filled with rocket salad. (a bit greedy here but as i was enjoying the football i got carried away).
Snack - 1 scoop of protein

I did not do a good job of no carbs after 6pm today, i just felt i needed a bit of energy.
