Had a cracking session in the gym today i did 4 compound exercises followed by the 2 isolation exercises - the only difference today was that i supersetted opposing muscle gorups e.g aset of bench presses immediately followed by lat pulldowns. The session was good and i feel happy that i got the intensity just right.
The diet has also been very strong today;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with light margarine and honey. 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - 2 slices of wholegrain bread spread with wholegrain mustard and filled with 1 chicken breast and rocket salad.
Snack - 1 nutri grain and 1 scoop of protein
Dinner - Large green salad with 4 cherry tomatoes and 1 chicken breast
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
A good day, not sure what i have planned for tomorrow. I am enjoying this less pressured way of exercise i feel a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
