Sunday went pretty well, i had a day off the gym (still trying to take my advice and not overdoin it) and enjoyed the day. The diet was strong again.
Todays Diet (247)
Breakfast - 60g fruit muesli & 150ml skimmed milk
Lunch - Chicken breast, mashed potato, mixed veg and i did have gravy today
Snack - 4 rice cakes
Dinner - 2 slices of wholegrain bread spread with wholegrain mustard and filled with 1 chicken breast and rocket salad
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
Day 248
Again i have been reasonably pleased with today though i have tweaked my groin slightly but nothing to worry about, just needs a bit of ice. The diet has not been great, i have eaten carbs after six but because i have been on a management course all day i had not eaten that much thus i was craving! I have done 45 minutes of light exercise today (jogging).
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with light margarine and honey. 1 scoop of protein
Snack - 1 nutri grain and 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - equivalent of 2 sandwichs from the course caterer
Snack - 1 Orange
Dinner - 1 chicken breast,2 slices of wholegrain bread spread with wholegrain mustard and filled with rocket salad
Snack - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with light margarine and marmite
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
Lots of meals today (7) but nothing substantial, ive done ok but not great - nothing to cry about!
