Did a total body workout today, this time though i did 15 reps of 2 sets on 4 compound moves and 2 isolation exercises. The exercise went well and the diet was good for most of the day except the cheat meal in the night, i also had 4 beers today due to the FA Cup Final which i watched with my old man. I dont feel guilty about anything today as my mind set is focussed.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with light margarine and honey. 1 scoop of protein
Snack - Meal replacement bar
Lunch - Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich & Pack of rye vita minis
Dinner (after training) - Steak, mixed veg and baked potatoe
Late Meal - Cheat Meal & 4 Beers
