Good evening all!
I have had a good day today even though i have not exercised, the reason being i knew i had a really busy day in work but i planned well. I was going to exercise but then i thought about how burned out i was last week so i decided to leave it till tomorrow when my day is not so busy, im glad i did because i feel pretty good tonight not exhausted like last week!
The diet today was very good, again its down to planning!
Todays Diet:
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with honey and light margarine. 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - Roast chicken sandwich and pack of rye vita minis
Snack - 1 apple and 1 scoop of protein
Dinner - large green salad, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1 boiled egg and 5 slices of pastrami
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
I will be having a cheat meal tomorrow, but this last week has been very refreshing.
