Getting better every day, i feel less tired, fitter and general well today - so to sum it up i feel good! The diet has been very strong again today and the exercise went well too. I did a total body weights session today, 4 compound exercises followed by 2 isolating exercises - 3 sets of 8 reps on each today with a 90 secs rest.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with light margarine & honey. 1 scoop of protein
Snack - pack of oat biscuits
Lunch - Tuna & sweetcorn sandwich & 1 apple
Dinner (after training) - 1 chicken breast & 4 tbsp rice
Late meal - Salmon fillet and large rocket salad, 4 cherry tomatoes
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
Going out tonight, so im posting this a little bit earlier than usual (at time of writting have had just ate the salmon meal).
