A good effort from me today. I hit the gym at lunch time and did a 1 hour 65% MAX HEART RATE walk, the groin felt ok but im not going to try running until the end of next week - the walk did the trick though. Diet in my opinion was very strong again and i am coping fine so far with no carbs after 6pm. I feel like my mind set is getting better each day, im starting to feel good about myself again (but not completely).
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with light margarine and honey. 1 scoop of protein
Snack - 1 apple & 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - Roast chicken salad sandwich and pack of rye vita minis
Snack - meal replacement bar
Dinner - 1 boiled egg, 6 slices of turkey breast & large green salad
Snack - 2 slices of turkey breast
