A good day on the diet front, i did no exercise due to my new routine of not pushing too hard. I am starting to get back on track but i am finding the cardio element very difficult. Its either because its too hot outside or that the injuries i have had of late are really discouraging me from trying again.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with light margarine and honey. 1 scoop of protein
Snack - 1 apple & 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - Chicken salad wraps and pack of rye vita minis
Snack - 1 orange
Dinner - Chicken breast and 4 tbsp rice
Late Meal - 150g low fat cottage cheese and large rocket salad

I have been drinking lots more water this week, not feeling the benefits yet but i hope to in the next few days. I have also stopped eating carbs after 6pm.
