Good day today apart from being really tired right now. The diet and exercise both were good today - i did 6 total body exercises in the gym, 3 sets of 5 reps (yes 5) working on lifting as heavy as i could for the desired reps, the diet complemented the session and day really well!
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 3 shredded wheat, 200ml skimmed milk, 1 tablespoon raisins. 1 scoop of protein
Snack - 1 apple & 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - 4 tbsp wild rice & 1 chicken breast
Snack - 1 pot of low fat natural yoghurt with 2 tbsp of fruit muesli
Dinner - 1 rump steak, large rocket salad & 5 cherry tomatoes.
