Been feeling really fat today and i think this is me feeling sorry for myself! I did get to the gym today and did a chest, triceps and abs session. It went well and my chest is stronger again this week, pushing 25kg now, that is the most since the injury in March 2007. I am dissapointed i cannot continue my cardio but i have been icing my groin all the time and i am positive that i will be recovered by next week.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain bread spread with honey and olive oil spread. 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Lunch - 1 wholegrain roll spread with wholegrain mustard and filled with half can of tuna and rocket salad
Snack - Nutri grain & Apple
Dinner - 1 wholegrain roll spread with wholegrain mustard and filled with half can of tuna and rocket salad. 1 orange
Snack - 1 low fat natural bio yoghurt, 2 tbsp fruit muesli
Snack - 1 scoop of protein
Not a bad effort today just need to pick myself up!
