I am not happy at the moment, this pulled groin has really set me back. Anyway on Tuesday i decided to have a rest day from the gym as i didnt want to agrovate my groin anymore. The diet was ok considering i could have let go completely. I am eating too much carbs later in the day though.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 1 bowl of fruit muesli (90g) with 200ml skimmed milk
Lunch - Chicken tikka baguette
Dinner - 2 wholemeal baps, thick cut ham, wholegrain mustard and rocket salad. pack of snack a jacks
Snack - 1 banana
Snack - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with honey and olive oil spread
Snack - 1 scoop of protein

Bit of a unplanned diet day due to me being called into work unexpectedly. I am going to the gym on Wednesday, will concentrate on upper body for the next couple of weeks.
