I am very frustrated at the moment, 1. i have bloody hurt my leg again! i have pulled a muscle in my groin. This is now getting me down, since i started this blog i have pulled my chest muscle (which is one of the most difficult), sprained my ankle twice, pulled a groin and had the flu from hell for 3 weeks! I had to really battle when i got home from football (i pulled my muscle after just 10 minutes then came straight home) i simply just wanted to give up - i cant believe how many injuries i get, im only bloody 28!!! 2. this stupid site doesnt let me log in consistently, is anyone else having this problem?

Apart from being a shit finish to the day physically the diet was very good, and dont worry im not giving up, just a bit annoyed with my weak body!

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with honey and olive oil spread. 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Snack - 1 nutri grain & 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - 2 slices of wholegrain bread spread with light philadelphia. 1 orange
Dinner - 1 chicken breast and 4 tbsp rice
Late Meal - 1 Rump Steak
Snack - 1 scoop of protein

Never, Never give up!
