Im having problems logging into the site at the moment thus its affecting the time i am posting my daily blogs.

On day 232 my diet was very good but i had a rest day from the gym, as soon as i ate well i immediately felt good for it.

Saturdays Diet;
Breakfast - 300ml OJ & 1 scoop of protein
Snack - 1 apple and 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - 2 slices of wholegrain bread spread with philadelphia light and green salad. 1 orange
Dinner - 1 chicken breast with low fat low carb madras sauce & green salad
Snack - 1 scoop of protein

Sunday (Day 233) i had to really battle with my head to get to the gym, but once i did i felt bloody great. I did back, biceps and some abs followed by 20 mins of intervals on the treadmill. The session went really well, the only problem i have at the moment is that i am just so tired! I just need to get back into a routine, i have been thrown a bit lately.

Sundays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with olive oil spread & honey. 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Lunch - 1 Chicken breast, mashed potato and mixed veg
Snack - pack of snack a jacks
Dinner - 1 wholegrain bagel split and toasted spread with light philadelphia. 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Snack - 1 scoop of protein

Been a good weekend. I am quite harsh on myself sometimes because looking back on this week i did get to the gym 4 times which is pretty good the only thing that let me down was the diet but it wasnt that bad. A good couple of weeks now and i will be happy.
