I did not post yesterday as i could not log into the site last night (i think they were doing maintenance on the web page). Anyway, it was a good day even though i woke up late and missed breakfast. The pleasing point about yesterday was that i got in the gym and did 21 sets on chest in 26 minutes (did lots of supersets and kept rests to 30 secs max) and finished off with 30 minutes of interval training (nice and simple for this week, 30 secs fast 30 secs slow). I felt really good after the session, i always feel good after completing cardio but not doing it!
My body is quite drained at the moment and i feel im not getting enough protein in my diet. Thursday i have a day off work so im gonna use this to recharge my batteries (rest day).
Breakfast - Tuna & sweetcorn sandwich (wholegrain bread)
Snack - 330ml OJ
Lunch - Chicken Pasta Pot (tesco)
Snack - 1 Banana
Dinner - Spaghetti Bolognaisse
Snack - Small bowl of special K cereal with semi skimmed milk
