I have had a rest day today due to being absolutely knackered from yesterdays game of football. I am still tired from the game and my legs feel like lead! I am a little dissapointed in feeling like this because it highlights the fact that my cardio fitness is not what it should be at the moment.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 90g fruit muesli and 200ml skimmed milk
Lunch - 2 wholemeal baps filled with chicken breast.
Snack - 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Dinner - 1 wholemeal bap filled with turkey breast. 1 orange
Snack - 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Late meal - 90g fruit muesli 150 ml skimmed milk
I get paid tomorrow so i can do a big shop at Tesco and finally get everything fully back on track, though i feel i have been doing ok with what ive got.
