Played football tonight and my ankle was absolutely fine! im well chuffed though a little dissapointed with my fitness, as i was blowing pretty hard from early on. I also got cramp in my calves and hamstrings which suggests my muscles are not used to cardio at the moment - i need to improve this area, because i like being fit. We did play for a good 2 hours tonight, plenty of calories burned!

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 70g fruit muesli, 200ml skimmed milk
Snack - 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Lunch - 4 tbsp rice and tin of tuna
Dinner - Roast beef sandwich (tesco) and pack of snack a jacks
Late meal - 2 small chicken breast and large green salad
