The reason why im struggling with my blog the last few days is because im so tired when i get home. Work is going really well for me at the moment (touch wood) but when i get home all i want to do is sleep!
On friday i did a shoulders session in the gym, 21 sets that were pretty strong. Saturday i have had a rest day from the gym.
My diet has been ok this week, but without my protein i do not feel as full as i usually do. I miss it in my diet and will be getting some more in the middle of next week.
There has been big improvement with my ankle the last couple of days, today it feels stiff but there is no more proper pain. Tomorrow im gonna try i light cardio session.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Snack - 1 cereal bar
Lunch - 1 bagel split and spread with light philadelphia, 2 slices of turkey. 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Snack - pack of snack o jacks
Dinner - sirloin steak with 4 tbsp rice
Snack - Small baguette filled with ham
Snack - Bagel
Because i did not eat a proper breakfast i have been craving carbs all day and thus the bread late in the day, also the lack of protein is costing me!
