Back in the gym today to do my back session - 21 sets and i mostly supersetted them all. Felt good and im sure i will have a nice feeling tomorrow. I must add i have not been using protein supplements for 2 weeks - 1. i an skint, 2. i needed a break from it. I do miss it from my diet though as it filled about 500 kcals in my diet, without it i find that i am hungry alot more.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with olive oil spread and honey. 1 low fat yoghurt.
Snack - 1 banana
Lunch - 1 chicken breast, rocket salad and 3 slices of seeded bread spread with olive oil spread.
Snack - 1 cereal bar
Dinner - chicken wraps and pack of snack o jacks
Snack - 4 corn cakes
