Had a rest day from the gym today as i knew that the day was going to be very busy, and it turned out that was a good move. I am sore from yesterdays chest session which is pleasing as it shows the change from split body parts to single body days was needed at this time.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with honey and olive oil spread.
Snack - 1 cereal bar
Lunch - 1 wholemeal bap filled with topside roast beef (no spreads)
Snack - 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Dinner - Spaghetti Bolognaisse
Snack - 1 Orange
Back in the gym tomorrow, good night Everyone!
