I have to be honest, i wimped out this morning - i had set my alarm clock to wake up for an early morning run but on waking i saw it was raining heavy and decided to go back to bed - WHAT A WIMP!

I did get to the gym today but i did no cardio because my time was limited (i should have done it this morning!) i worked on my chest today, i did 21 sets on the one muscle group. I have decided to change my programme up slightly only working one muscle group per day.

My diet is going well but im not getting paid until the end of the month and money is running short, so im not eating the quality food that i would normally like.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 3 slices of wholegrain toast spread with olive oil spread and marmite.
Snack - 1 cereal bar
Lunch - Tesco chicken pasta pot.
Snack - 1 Orange
Dinner - Healthy living chicken salad sandwich. 1 low fat yohurt
Snack - 2 slices wholegrain bread spread with light Philadelphia and filled with salad
