Been a bit of a nothing day today like i reported it would be this morning. I have not eaten bad but i have been lazy today (like i wanted), to regain energy for next week where i am planning on adding cardio to my regime for more success on next months bodytests.

Todays Diet:
Breakfast - 2 slices of wholegrain toast spread with olive oil spread and honey. 1 low fat fruit yoghurt
Lunch - Chicken breast (large), mashed potato and mixed veg
Snack - 4 corn cakes
Dinner - 2 slices of white bread filled with large helping of chicken
Snack - pack of snack o jacks
Snack - Muller rice light
