Decided to call a rest day today and again im really feeling it after the gym session yesterday, im not sure whether its due to me increasing my intensity or my body is just a bit beat up at the moment due to me feeling a bit off.
Anyway, today i have been feeling good and i am starting to like the look of my stomach which indicates that there must be change there. I feel firm and generally lean today, im a bit concerned with my chest due to me being unable to work on it but i will deal with that issue if it becomes a problem.
I decided to treat myself tonight so we went to the cinema (saw the Golden Compass) bought Gallery seats and cheated on nachos and popcorn. Was a good night.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 3 slices of wholemeal toast with thin spread of butter and sugar free jam
Lunch - 2 wholemeal baps filled with ham and low fat cheese
Snack - tub of low fat natural yoghurt with 1 heaped teaspoon of protein
Dinner - Nachos and popcorn *Cheat meal*
Late snack - 1 scoop of protein
Been a good night, need a strong weekend before the parties of christmas eve and christmas day.
