Another day in the bag, had a good shoulder session this morning but i must admit i did not do any cardio after my session - though i did do the session on an empty stomach.
Still feeling quite tired today thats why i left out the cardio, not sure whats wrong but i do feel better today than i did yesterday and the day before.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - 1 medium baked potatoe, half a tine of beef chili and green salad
Snack - 1 tub of natural low fat yoghurt
Dinner - 3 wholemeal baps (small) filled with low fat cheese and ham
Snack - Pack of Snack o Jacks
Late meal - 2 scoops of protein
