I really am quite proud of myself today, i have not been feeling myself the last couple of days, my mood is bad (but im not unhappy with my physique) and i have no energy. This morning when i awoke i tried my very best to talk myself out of going to the gym - "its too cold", "i will make up for it in the week", "im not well" etc... But after a few minutes of feeling sorry for myself i kicked myself up the arse and went! Like i have said before..these days are the days that define our training, we dont become strong individuals when things are going well, we grow strong when things turn against us but we still come out on top! Never give up!

The session went pretty well, did calves abs and cardio - after the session i was real pleased that i did it!

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - 3 slices of wholemeal toast with thin spread of butter and sugar free jam (if you hadnt guessed, im out of porridge)
Snack - Pack of Snack o Jacks
Lunch - Prawn and couscous tortilla wraps with lettuce and pack of rye vita minis.
Snack - 3 slices of rye vita
Dinner - Can of tuna, rice and veg
Late meal - 2 scoops of protein

Been another good day, busy with work also (cant believe it this close to Christmas, i must be doing something right!)
