My apologies for not posting this yesterday but i was in no fit state!

Like i mentioned in the previous blog, i was having a bit of a party today - it went well but i drank far too much and paid for it this morning, Enough said!

I did not train today, its a rest day, im also not training on Sunday - i have done my 5 sessions for the week.

I am obviously not happy with my diet today but it was basically a blow out! the important fact is that i need to get back on track as soon as possible on Sunday.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - Porridge with honey
Snack - nutri grain and 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - Chicken sandwich
Snack - Pringles (Cheat)
Dinner - Pizza (Cheat)
Late snack - Nachos with salsa dip (cheat)

Throughout the afternoon and night i had 8 pints of lager.
