Im not going to write much tonight as its late and im very tired!
In a nut shell i have had a good day, did strength training - increased the weight on the squat and maintained on the other exercises. I felt good in the gym and i feel my stomach is starting to look a bit leaner, which is nice as i have always thought this is my worst area.
Todays Diet:
Early breakfast - Seeded Toast with thin spread of butter
Breakfast - Wholegrain toast with marmite
Lunch - 2 wholegrain baps, low fat cheese, roast beef and green salad.
Dinner - 2 wholegrain baps, low fat cheese, roast beef and green salad.
Late Meal - Fillet of lemon sole and green salad
Late snack - 2 scoops of protein
I am having a cheat meal/day tomorrow. i have guests coming round and we are having abit of a party, so i will be eating and drinking alot more than normal tomorrow.
