Im not happy with my shoulder workout, im not sure im getting enough from it - thinking about it, im not sure im getting enough out of my training since i changed it. I will stick with it so they i can make sure, then i will know what works or doesnt work for me.
The diet has been much better this week and when i can i have been trying to vary it.
My mood has been solid today - to be honest there is not much to say, it was one of those days that just flew by with no concerns, which in regards to this training is good.
Todays Diet;
Breakfast - Porridge with honey
Lunch - Beef soup
Snack - Nutri Grain
Dinner - Steak and Rice (plain)
Late snack - 2 scoops of protein & 1 slice of seeded bread.
