I had a rest from the gym today but i did train. I played football, i am classing that as a cardio session, trust me i work very hard when playing football.

The diet has improved today, but i must admit i am struggling to keep away form the seeded baps in Tesco...I love em! Feeling ok now but this morning i was feeling fat and crap im not sure what that was linked to but i do feel tired today, a reason why i decided to leave the gym.

I still have not had time to do my pictures, but i will definately get them up here this week.

Todays Diet;
Breakfast - Porridge with honey
Lunch - 2 sunflower seed baps, wafer thin pastrami, green salad and a thin spread of mustard
Snack - nutri grain and 1 scoop of protein
Dinner - Tine of Tuna and large green salad with red kidney beans
Snack - 2 scoops of protein
