Not such a great day today, i am really not happy enough with my diet, im not eating enough quality. I think because i did not eat enough last week due to my busy schedule my body is craving this weekend, i feel really hungry all the time.

I went to the gym today, it was an ok session - nothing special nothing bad, it was a shoulders session. This new training regime is definately an opportunity to increase my cardio output - todays session took 40 minutes, i should have done a bit of cardio but wimped out!

The goal for next week is to get some real food in me and increase the cardio (not everyday but more than ive been doing).

Todays Diet:
Breakfast - Porridge with honey
Snack - nutri grain
Lunch - Roast chicken, vegetables and mashed potatoe
Snack - 3 packs of corn cakes
Snack - 3 packs of corn cakes
Dinner - Chicken breast & Large green salad
