An absolutely cracking session today - strength training. I am now pushing over 100kg on the squat and deadlift, the push press is continually improving also. I feel great today, very strong and fit - i wonder if that cardio session yesterday has anything to do with it?

I have been very hungry today craving carbs all the time! I think its because of the calories that i burnt in the gym and the extra strength i used. I have not been happy with the diet today but it again has not been a disaster, sometimes im quite hard on myself, but i need to be knowing where i was (check out www.trainer4u.co.uk for my story).

Todays Diet:
Breakfast - Porridge with honey
Snack - Nutri Grain and 1 scoop of protein
Lunch - 2 wholemeal baps, roast chicken, large green salad with tomatoe
Snack - 2 pieces of sourdough bread
Dinner - 2 wholemeal baps, roast chicken, large green salad with tomatoe
Late snack - 2 scoops of pure protein

As you can see alot of bread was eaten, the reason being, a special offer in Tesco and i needed to finish the baps off.

I am writing this on Sunday morning but this is Saturdays diary.
